Demo script

Setup: README, TESTING.md. Vault/CRE/recorder steps depend on in-progress work; marked TODO. Demo window: exit/enter window shortened from 3h (owner-set). TODO: exact value.

1. Spot: swap on /spot/... (Uniswap v4; vault pays 0 fee, others 0.3%).
2. Perp: /trade/btc, faucet, deposit, long, close.
3. Vault: deposit USDC. Mode HEDGED. TODO: vault contract/UI in progress.
4. Funding negative for whole demo window. CRE decision -> FLAT. Show CRE simulation + Arkiv VaultDecision.
5. Funding positive. Decision -> HEDGED.
6. Withdraw: 0.1% fee, instant from idle buffer; remainder queued, then fulfilled.
